demoseed is a thin CLI over internal/demokit: it seeds a THROWAWAY Seamless data dir with backdated fixtures.

Command docsgen renders the Seamless documentation site: markdown authored in docs-src/ becomes static HTML committed under docs/docs/, served by the same GitHub Pages config as the landing page (thereisnospoon.org/docs/).

Command seam is the headless Seamless CLI.

Command seambench drives the agent-scenario benchmark: for every scenario in internal/bench, under every named condition arm, N times, it re-seeds a throwaway Seamless instance, runs the agent headless in that arm's demo repo, and captures the run into the on-disk artifact contract (internal/bench/artifacts.go) that the grader and the report read back.

Command seamlessd is the Seamless server daemon and operator CLI.
