Package adapters defines the contract every AI-agent integration implements.

Package query implements graphmaster's code-graph tools (PLAN "MCP tool'ları") as a plain Go API, independent of MCP: find_symbol, search, repo_map, file_outline, read_symbol, callers, callees, impact, imports, inheritance, tests_for, traverse and status.

Package replay replays captured agent hook payloads (testdata/hooks) through the real hook dispatcher and compares what graphmaster answers with golden files.

Package repo discovers what is in a git working tree without spawning git on the hot path: it locates the repository (worktrees and submodules included), decodes .git/index for tracked files, walks the tree for untracked-but-not-ignored files with git-compatible ignore semantics and a directory mtime cache, and classifies file contents (size cap, binary, minified, generated, language).

Package ui serves the graphmaster graph explorer (`graphmaster ui`): a small JSON API over graph.db plus a static, build-free frontend (plain JavaScript and a vendored cytoscape).
