Package api serves the OpenAI-compatible HTTP surface (/v1/...).

Package app wires the database, domain service, HTTP surfaces and the TUI into the running server.

Package cli is the switchboard command line.

Package control exposes authenticated administration for remote CLI clients.

Package core implements Switchboard's domain: API keys, agent tokens and OAuth, channels, the request broker (queue, claims, leases, streaming), conversation reconstruction, sessions and statistics.

Package oauth implements the OAuth 2.1 authorization server that MCP clients use to obtain bearer tokens: RFC 8414 / RFC 9728 metadata, RFC 7591 dynamic client registration, PKCE authorization code and refresh token grants, and RFC 7009 revocation.

Package openai holds the OpenAI-compatible wire types, parsing and response builders, plus the message normalization used to reconstruct conversations across requests.

Package secret generates and hashes credentials.

Package testdb isolates backend tests in a temporary SQLite file or PostgreSQL schema.

Package tui is the terminal status screen shown while the server runs.

Package updater discovers release updates and verifies/install binaries.

Package version holds build metadata injected via -ldflags.

Package web is the operator dashboard: server-rendered HTML with HTMX for partial updates and an SSE feed for live refresh.
