Command coverexec runs one test binary for make test (go test -exec), moving its coverage output into a directory of its own under the one -test.gocoverdir names.

Command openapi-bundle merges api/src/<service>/*.yaml fragments into api/<service>.openapi.yaml (make bundle).

Command specoracle maintains the gitignored cache of JFrog's embedded OpenAPI blocks and reports parity against api/*.openapi.yaml.

Command stubgen writes internal/server/gen/<service>/unimplemented.gen.go from the generated strict server interface (make generate).
