Package trace ships the framework's tracing middleware: the server span for every request of the servers it is enabled on.

Package paramutil reads and writes parameters in the notations they are spelled in - a=b&c=d, a=b c='d e', a=b,c=d, --a=b -v - and merges one set of them over another, a key keeping the place it was first written at while taking the value it was last given.
