func WriteResolv(ns string) error

WriteResolv overwrites the container's resolv.conf. containerd containers import their host system's resolv.conf, so this is a temporary hack, when initially run, sledapi will check for the environment variable and overwrite the resolv.conf that has been written into the container. the glibc container we are using will not attempt to overwrite it.
