forgejo

Overview ¶

Package forgejo registers a VCS loader that resolves GPTScript tool references hosted on git.basepeak.dev (a Forgejo instance).

Forgejo's REST API does not expose a per-ref commit-resolution endpoint equivalent to GitHub's /repos/{owner}/{repo}/commits/{ref} — that path simply 404s on Forgejo (the list endpoint is /commits with a `sha=` query, which has a different shape and is not useful for ref-to-SHA lookup). Rather than maintain a Forgejo-specific HTTP path, we set SkipCommitAPI on the shared github loader Config so it resolves refs via `git ls-remote`, which works against any git server.

Raw file downloads use Forgejo's /{owner}/{repo}/raw/commit/{sha}/{path} URL (no separate raw subdomain like GitHub's raw.githubusercontent.com).
