Documentation

Overview

Package quadlet renders the systemd quadlet unit files that run the just-use-git container image as a rootless podman pod: one pod unit, three volumes, and one container per role (sshd, fcgi, caddy).

const (
	PodUnit        = Prefix + ".pod"
	ReposVolume    = Prefix + "-repos.volume"
	SSHVolume      = Prefix + "-ssh.volume"
	CaddyVolume    = Prefix + "-caddy.volume"
	SSHDContainer  = Prefix + "-sshd.container"
	FCGIContainer  = Prefix + "-fcgi.container"
	CaddyContainer = Prefix + "-caddy.container"
)

podUnitName, volume unit names, and container unit names are the filenames Render returns, referenced by other units via Pod= and Volume=.

const Prefix = "just-use-git"

Prefix names every rendered unit, keeping systemctl --user output grouped and legible.

Functions

func Render

func Render(srv config.Server) (map[string]string, error)

Render returns the full set of quadlet unit files for srv, keyed by filename (e.g. "just-use-git.pod"), ready to be written into a service user's ~/.config/containers/systemd directory.

func ResolveImage

func ResolveImage(srv config.Server) (string, error)

ResolveImage returns the container image reference to deploy: only srv.Image, since there's no registry to fall back to. jugctl always builds the image itself ("jugctl build", which auto-persists the built tag) rather than pulling a published one.
