Overview ¶

A live first-boot progress view: an elapsed timer (so you can tell it's alive, not stuck) plus the current cloud-init activity streamed from the box.

Package tui is the laptop-side guided experience: a sequence of small huh steps (built on Bubble Tea) followed by spinner-driven provisioning. Each step runs on its own, so browser pages open only when you reach the step that needs them.
