Example: a periodic reconciler that drains gracefully on SIGTERM.

Shape: runnable.WithAdapters composing Draining + Recovering + Ticker, driven by signal.NotifyContext. A Publisher subscribes to adapter events. Copy-paste into a service's cmd/.../main.go and replace the reconcile body with your work.
