Package reindex provides the "ctx decisions reindex" subcommand.
Package reindex implements the ctx decision reindex subcommand.
It regenerates the DECISIONS.md index from individual decision files.
Cmd returns the reindex subcommand for decisions.
Returns:
- *cobra.Command: Command for regenerating the DECISIONS.md index
Run regenerates the DECISIONS.md index.
Parameters:
- cmd: Cobra command for output messages
- args: Command arguments (unused)
Returns:
- error: Non-nil if the file read/write fails
