Package unpublish implements the ctx memory unpublish subcommand.
It removes the ctx-managed marker block from MEMORY.md, preserving
all Claude-owned content outside the markers.
Cmd returns the memory unpublish subcommand.
Returns:
- *cobra.Command: command for removing published context from MEMORY.md.
