Package snapshot implements the ctx permission snapshot subcommand.
It captures a point-in-time snapshot of file permissions for later
restoration.
Cmd returns the "ctx permission snapshot" subcommand.
Returns:
- *cobra.Command: Configured snapshot subcommand
Run saves settings.local.json as the golden image.
Parameters:
- cmd: Cobra command for output
Returns:
- error: Non-nil on read/write failure or missing settings file
