Package reindex provides the "ctx learning reindex" subcommand.
Package reindex implements the ctx learning reindex subcommand.
It regenerates the LEARNINGS.md index from individual learning files.
Cmd returns the reindex subcommand for learning.
Returns:
- *cobra.Command: Command for regenerating the LEARNINGS.md index
Run regenerates the LEARNINGS.md index.
Parameters:
- cmd: Cobra command for output messages
- args: Command arguments (unused)
Returns:
- error: Non-nil if the file read/write fails
