Execute runs the root CLI command.

func IsAXIRunInvocation(args []string) bool

IsAXIRunInvocation reports whether these process arguments would dispatch to `axi run`, the one command that starts a pipeline run.

The Mac gate guard in internal/entrypoint has to refuse before any run row, custody claim, or worktree registration exists, so it cannot ask the command itself. A hand-rolled scan of the first two arguments disagrees with cobra, which strips leading root flags before resolving the subcommand: `no-slop --skip lint axi run` still reaches the run path. Resolving through the real command tree keeps the guard and the dispatcher answering the same question by construction. Building and finding opens no state and runs no command.
