GoDoc Slash Command

A basic GoDoc slash command handler for use with Discord. The formatting of the output is less than exemplary (if the command is invoked with a package name, the output is fully in a code block, but this seems to be a niche use-case; types or functions are much more often requested). Signature verification is performed via caddy-discord-interactions-verifier (which is why you don't see anything here).
