Package mcpserver exposes the Telegram account as MCP tools over stdio.
Server wraps an MCP server bound to a Telegram client.
New creates an MCP server exposing the Telegram client as tools.
Run serves the MCP protocol over stdio until the client disconnects
or the context is canceled.
