Functions

func RegisterScenario added in v0.85.0

func RegisterScenario(name string, fn pulumi.RunFunc)

RegisterScenario registers a scenario by name for use with the run binary. Call this from an init() function in a test package's scenario.go; the run binary blank-imports that package via scenarios_import_gen.go so the init() fires at startup. Regenerate scenarios_import_gen.go by running:

go generate ./test/new-e2e/run/

func Run added in v0.85.0

func Run()

Run is the shared Pulumi entry point for every scenario runner binary. A runner's main() is expected to be nothing more than a call to Run; the only thing that distinguishes one runner from another is the set of packages it blank-imports to populate the registry via RegisterScenario.

func ScenarioRunFunc added in v0.85.0

func ScenarioRunFunc() pulumi.RunFunc

ScenarioRunFunc resolves the scenario to run from the PULUMI_SCENARIO environment variable, overridden by the `scenario` stack config value, and dispatches to the matching registered scenario.
