Lookup 按点分路径读取 map 数据。

它只处理 FlowContext 当前支持的 JSON 对象形态，避免把模板表达式能力扩张成 另一套复杂查询语言。

Set 按点分路径写入 map 数据，中间层不存在时按 JSON object 创建。
