GetAuthenticationConfiguration retrieves the github.com/K0rdent/kcm/api/v1beta1.AuthenticationConfiguration object from the github.com/K0rdent/kcm/api/v1beta1.ClusterAuthentication and injects the CA certificate from the CASecret reference into it.
