PerformJavascriptEnumeration analyzes the JavaScript an application serves, returning an EnumerateJavascriptReport.

Work is staged so nothing is fetched twice. Every target is resolved to the bundles it references first, that set is deduplicated, only then are the bundles retrieved and their manifests expanded, and analysis runs once per unique artifact. Pages routinely share entry bundles, so resolving and analyzing per target would refetch the same multi-megabyte bundle once per page.
