Upload NOMIS data

This utility adds the datasets, instances and edition to the dataset collection stored in mongodb.

How to run

• Go to the root directory
• Run make nomis (or) run go run NOMIS/nomis.go -mongo-url=<url>

The url should look like the following localhost:27017. If a username and password are needed, follow this structure <username>:<password>@<host>:<port>
