func SetupDB(t testing.TB, pubkeys [][fieldparams.BLSPubkeyLength]byte, minimal bool) iface.ValidatorDB
SetupDB instantiates and returns a DB instance for the validator client. The `minimal` flag indicates whether the DB should be instantiated with minimal, filesystem slashing protection database.
