CAPONE: A CAPI implementation for OpenNebula

CAPONE is a cluster API implementation for OpenNebula. CAPI is an API and toolset to easily provision and operate kubernetes clusters. CAPONE interfaces with an existing OpenNebula installation (infrastructure provider) to provision dedicated VMs to build a k8s workload cluster, including the nodes and control plane.
