Package envtest is the shared conformance suite for harness.FileSystem port implementations (DECISIONS.md P10). Expectations are those of harness.NodeExecutionEnv, the reference port of upstream NodeExecutionEnv.

TestFileSystem runs the conformance suite. newFS must return a fresh file system whose working directory is an existing, empty, writable directory.
