SHAKE functions are defined in FIPS-202, see https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.202.pdf. BLAKE2Xb and BLAKE2Xs are defined in https://www.blake2.net/blake2x.pdf.
