OrderlyFlow
OrderlyFlow is an advanced order management service built using Go and Gorilla Mux. It allows you to efficiently manage orders with different status values. It provides functionality to add new orders, update the status of existing orders, and perform pagination, filtering, and sorting on various order fields, including item fields.
Installation and Setup
To set up and run the OrderlyFlow service, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/SXerox007/-OrderlyFlow
- Install the required dependencies: go get github.com/gorilla/mux
- Set up the environment variables (if applicable) for database connection and configuration.
- Build and run the service:
go run main.go
Usage
Once the service is up and running, you can interact with it using API endpoints. Here are some of the available endpoints:
- POST /orders: Add a new order
- PUT /orders/{id}: Update the status of an existing order
- GET /orders: Get a list of orders with pagination, filtering, and sorting options

Testing
The OrderlyFlow service is accompanied by comprehensive tests to ensure its reliability and correctness. You can run the tests using the following command:
go test ./...
External Dependencies
OrderlyFlow is designed to minimize external dependencies, making it easier to manage and maintain. It relies primarily on the Go standard library and the Gorilla Mux package for routing. No additional external dependencies are required.
