func NewPprofModule() fx.Option

NewPprofModule returns an fx.Option that conditionally starts a pprof HTTP server. Configuration is read from koanf: 

pprof:
  enabled: true
  port: 6060

If pprof.enabled is false or not set, the module does nothing.
