ErrNotLoggedIn means the session is not authorized and no headless credentials were supplied; the user should run `<cmd> initialize`.

EnsureAuth returns nil when the session is authorized, logs in headlessly when PAPERVALET_PHONE is set, and returns ErrNotLoggedIn otherwise.
