Phase 4 Pipeline: System Columns (PANEL, group) & Position Adjustments

This example demonstrates:

1. Faceted grouped scatter — PANEL + group columns are injected into data
2. Stacked bar chart — geom.Stack accumulates Y offsets
3. Dodged grouped bars — geom.Dodge shifts groups side by side
4. 100% stacked (fill) bars — geom.Fill normalizes to [0,1]
