func NewPlatformScraper(setNames SetNameCache) platforms.Scraper
NewPlatformScraper returns the MiSTer installed-docs scraper. setNames is an optional fast path for arcade set names and may be nil.

type SetNameCache ¶ added in v2.20.0
SetNameCache answers an arcade descriptor's set name without reading the descriptor. ok is false when the cache cannot answer for that file; an empty name with ok true means the descriptor has none.
