RenderMarkdown renders a bounded issue summary from a complete drift report and its optional sync plan. The full JSON artifacts remain the source of truth; this output is intentionally small enough for a GitHub issue body.

func Run 

func Run(driftPath, specDir string, dryRun bool, planOut string) error

Run reconciles missing OpenAPI request parameters from a specdrift JSON report into the resource specs under specDir. When dryRun is true it prints a unified diff and the structured plan without touching the specs; when false it writes the patched spec files in place. The structured per-item plan is written to planOut, when non-empty, before specs are modified.
