feedaround
Some RSS feeds are stuck behind incorrectly configured CDN filters that reject newsreaders as though they were ML drone zombies coming to scrape.
feedaround uses https://github.com/enetx/surf to mimic a desktop browser well enough to get around the fingerprinting that blocks newsboat in some unfortunate situations.
Installation
go install github.com/alrs/feedaround@latest
Usage
Add a feedaround feed to ~/.newsboat/urls. The doublequotes on both sides are
required.
"exec:feedaround https://sonar21.com/feed"
