capability-report

Overview ¶

Command capability-report turns `go test -json` output from the capability E2E suite into a JSON manifest and a self-contained HTML dashboard.

It is the typed, testable rendering step referenced by scripts/capability-e2e.sh. The manifest is the ground truth: every card on the dashboard traces back to one capability entry, and a re-run is one command. See docs/testing/2026-05-26-capability-e2e-strategy.md section 4.
