Overview ¶

Prepare resolves the task ID for a provider-running command. A detached plan start receives an explicit generated ID so the caller can monitor it immediately without waiting for provider output.

RepoRoot resolves the enclosing Git worktree without invoking Git. Both a normal .git directory and a linked-worktree .git file are accepted.
