func SplitWithDash ¶
SplitWithDash splits args into patterns (before dash) and command/flags (after dash). If dashIndex >= 0 (provided by Cobra ArgsLenAtDash), it splits at that index. Otherwise, it falls back to looking for a literal "--" element in args.
