NewDynamicDagOrchestratorV2 wires a standalone dynamic scheduler entrypoint. It is intentionally separate from the legacy orchestrator to keep rollout safe.

registry and router are process-wide singletons owned by the DI container: the router is subscribed to the bus exactly once there (event.Bus has no Unsubscribe, so a per-orchestrator subscription would leak a subscriber), and the shared registry keeps duplicate-run and stop lookups consistent across schedulers.

fingerprinter is the only artifact-producing dependency of the scheduler and is used solely to probe cache candidates (see NodeArtifactFingerprinter).
