seed-demo

Overview ¶

Command seed-demo fills a running rdpanel with realistic demo data through its public APIs: users and groups through the admin API, devices, heartbeats, logins, address books and audit records through the RustDesk client API (exactly what real clients send).

The admin account must exist (rdpanel user create --admin). Re-running is safe for users/groups/books (audit rows are added again). With -keepalive it only keeps seven of the fake devices sending heartbeats every 10 s until interrupted, so they stay "online" in the panel when hbbs is not running.
