func AppAccessURL ¶
AppAccessURL 은 배포된 앱의 외부 접속 주소다.
스캐폴딩이 만드는 HTTPRoute 의 hostname 과 같은 규칙에서 나온다 (scaffold/renderer.go 의 renderHTTPRoute: `<앱>.<도메인>`). 화면이 보여 주는 주소를 따로 적으면 한쪽이 바뀔 때 다른 쪽이 거짓말을 한다.
스택에 접근 도메인이 없으면 앱은 클러스터 안에서만 닿는다. 그때는 빈 값을 돌려준다 — 없는 주소를 지어내면 사용자는 열리지 않는 링크를 계속 누른다.

DelegatesBuildToRunner 는 이미지 빌드를 스택의 CI 러너가 맡는지다.
플랫폼이 직접 빌드하는 경로는 API 서버가 host 에서 돌던 시절에 만들어졌다. 지금 API 는 파드 안에서 돌고 그 안에는 도커 데몬이 없다 — 직접 빌드는 성공할 수 없는 경로다. 스택에 묶인 파이프라인의 빌드는 스택의 CI 플랫폼이 맡는다(통합모드 설계 3.2: "Nullus API 서버가 정상 실행 과정에서 직접 git clone, docker build, kind load, kubectl apply 를 수행하지 않는다").
빌드가 없는 파이프라인은 위임할 것이 없으므로 기존 경로를 그대로 둔다.
