ErrExistsNotFifo is returned by CreateFifo when a filesystem entry already exists at the requested path but is not a FIFO.

AddInstanceRunCommands adds specific OS commands to the postgres exec.Cmd
func CreateFifo ¶
CreateFifo ensures a FIFO exists at fileName. If nothing exists there it creates one. If an entry already exists it must resolve to a FIFO — the check follows symlinks (os.Stat) so it matches how consumers open this path (os.OpenFile follows symlinks); any other type is reported as an error rather than silently left in place, and the existing entry is never modified or removed.
