func ParseDurationFlexible(durationStr string) (int64, error)

ParseDurationFlexible parses a duration string in multiple formats: 1. Integer (treated as seconds): "3600" = 1 hour 2. Go duration format (supports combinations): "1h30m", "90m", "5400s" = 1.5 hours 3. Simple suffix for days (not supported by Go): "2d" = 2 days Returns duration in seconds, or error if invalid.
