func NewMetricTransformer() types.MetricTransformer
NewMetricTransformer creates a new MetricTransformer with all registered specialized transformers.
This is the primary entry point for metric transformation, following the Scout pattern. Add new specialized transformers here as peer implementations (Intel XPU, AMD ROCm, network, etc.).
