indexer-cli is a small utility for hitting the Indexer gRPC service.

Examples: 

indexer-cli -addr localhost:8086 timelock -vm <base58> -owner <base58>
indexer-cli -addr localhost:8086 nonce    -vm <base58> -address <base58>
