func LoadEnvFiles(paths []string, workingDir, dagLocation string) ([]string, error)

LoadEnvFiles reads dotenv-syntax files and returns their variables as KEY=VALUE entries. Later files override earlier ones. Relative paths are looked up in workingDir, then in the directory of dagLocation. Blank paths are ignored; a missing or unreadable file is an error.

ResolveWorkingDir resolves a DAG working directory using values available before execution.
