RestartGraceful is like Restart but interrupts the scheduler with SIGINT instead of SIGKILL. The graceful path lets diagrid-cron's leadership package revoke its etcd lease on the way out, so the replacement instance can claim leadership immediately rather than waiting for the 20s lease TTL to expire. Use this when the test only needs to exercise behaviour that is independent of crash semantics.
