Overview ¶
Package main models a hospital network attack scenario inspired by WannaCry (2017) hitting the UK National Health Service.
It demonstrates how a flat network topology allows a ransomware worm to traverse from an unpatched admin workstation to life-critical medical devices in shockingly few hops, and how proper network segmentation dramatically reduces the blast radius.
Part of the book "Protecting Critical Infrastructure" by Darragh Downey.
