MustResolveDdevBinary returns the test DDEV binary or aborts the current test process.

ResolveDdevBinary returns the DDEV binary that tests should execute. If DDEV_BINARY_FULLPATH is set, it is used directly. Otherwise the binary is built from source via `make`.
