Overview ¶

Package local implements the offline `d8 snapshot local` command group. All subcommands operate on a locally downloaded snapshot archive directory and never contact a cluster or read a kubeconfig.

NewCommand returns the parent cobra command for the offline `d8 snapshot local` group. It never registers kubeconfig or context flags; all subcommands are fully offline.

NewDescribeCommand builds the `d8 snapshot local describe` cobra command.
