func OperateQueue(config *rest.Config, kubeCl *kubernetes.Clientset, pathFromOption string, watch, overHTTP bool) error

OperateQueue prints the queue dump at pathFromOption once, or redraws it every second in watch mode. By default the dump is fetched by running curl in the leader pod (pods/exec); with overHTTP the request goes to the debug server through a pods/portforward tunnel instead.
