ApplyOpenAPIDefaults applies OpenAPI schema defaults (config-values.yaml and values.yaml) to the current module root values, mimicking the defaulting that addon-operator performs in production before rendering module Helm templates.
It is opt-in: existing tests are unaffected unless they call this method.
Defaults are applied to the module root values (e.g. "istio"), because the module OpenAPI schemas are rooted at the bare module values object.

ValuesSetFromYamlWithOpenAPIDefaults sets the values at the given path from YAML and then applies OpenAPI schema defaults to the module root values. It is a convenience wrapper around ValuesSetFromYaml + ApplyOpenAPIDefaults.

WithAPIVersions presents the given group/version/Kind strings to the chart as available in the cluster. Helm's default capabilities are group/version pairs with no kind in them, so a guard that asks after a kind answers no without this. helm_lib_kind_exists takes a bare kind and looks for it as a case-insensitive "/<Kind>" suffix in the list, while helm_lib_api_version_exists and inline .Capabilities.APIVersions.Has compare a whole "group/version/Kind" string; spelling an entry that way satisfies both.
